2. Fact-Find & Decision in Principle
We securely gather your details via Mortgage Wallet and obtain a suitable Decision in Principle (also known as an Agreement in Principle), so you understand how much you can borrow before viewing properties or making an offer on a property.
3. Property Search & Negotiation Support
We support your property search when buying a home by reviewing shortlisted properties and helping you assess them properly before committing to an offer. Where appropriate, we provide tailored property insight reports using tools such as Sprift to assess pricing, highlight any potential concerns and guide your negotiation strategy. We also liaise with estate agents and support you through the offer process.
4. Mortgage & Protection Advice
We review the whole-of-market to recommend the most suitable mortgage for your circumstances and manage your mortgage application through to offer. We also advise on appropriate protection, including life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection, and buildings and contents insurance to help safeguard your home and financial security. Where appropriate, we can introduce you to trusted partners for will writing to ensure your plans are fully in place.
5. Conveyancing & Completion Support
Once your offer is accepted, we continue to monitor mortgage interest rates and support you through to completion. You are free to choose any solicitor for your property purchase, or we can help source conveyancing quotes and track your case through Convi, helping keep your purchase progressing smoothly and on track through to completion.
